<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a latent image pattern-body for preventing forgery which enables visualizing of a latent image varying each time an oblique observation angle is changed, although it is not recognized when observed from the front and determining of the genuineness in an extremely easy and certain manner especially without the use of a genuineness discriminating tool or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of relief multilines 8 which have swollen cross sections and are of the same color as a base material having a projecting part 9 protruding to the side in the longitudinal direction, are formed on a base material and at the same time, a plurality of printed multilines 5 are formed along the relief multilines 8. Further, the projecting part 9 is formed of a plurality of stepped parts 11, 12, 13 formed protruding to the side in a staircaselike or a pyramidic shape. When an observation angle varies, the part of the printed multilines 5 which are shadowed by the relief multilines 8 cannot be recognized so that the part appears waned. Thus a varying latent image can be seen each time the observation angle is changed.</p> |
