SOLUTION: This door locking device is used for locking the door of an automobile, etc., and controls the unlatching operation of each door by a motor 9. An electric wiring to connect many switches in each door panel to electric parts including a center ECU 10, etc., is simplified by providing an unlatching control circuit 6 in which a motor circuit 5 of an unlatch actuator is connected in series to a circuit in which an inner unlatch switch S3 and an outer unlatch switch S4 are connected in parallel on each door, and intensively controlling a motor 9 of a plurality of unlatch actuators by one center ECU 10.
