PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of improving the reliability of a contact part for applying developing bias to a developing roller and attaching a conductive part to a magnet possessed by the developing roller at a correct angular position. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a 1st conductive part 28 from the inside to the outside of the developing roller 10d, and a 2nd conductive part 30 electrically connecting the inner surface 10d1 of the roller 10d and the conductive part 28 inside the roller 10d. Then, the conductive part 28 is electrically connected to the conductive part 30 inside the roller 10d and it is electrically connected to the 1st electric contact part 25b of a 3rd conductive part 25 possessed by a frame 12 outside the roller 10d. Furthermore, the conductive part 28 and the magnet 10c arranged inside the roller 10d are set so that the attaching angle in the peripheral direction of the conductive part 28 can be decided.
