PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic force engine and a large-sized generation plant, in which one-directional magnetic force difference having repulsion, attraction of permanent magnets and magnetic bodies is used as basic torque, short magnetic force is compensated by returning lattice magnetic body mechanism and further attraction, and the permanent magnets are replaced with superconducting magnets depending upon the roles assumed. SOLUTION: Efficiency is attained by utilizing repulsion and attraction of permanent magnets 1a, 1b, 1c together. Appropriate magnetic bodies 1a, 1b, 1c are attached for providing effective angles such as appropriate approaching angleθand retreating angleβ. Approaching resistance is reduced due to attraction by utilizing the difference in diameter (R1-R2) of rotors 11, 10. Lattice magnetic bodies are opened and closed on an approximated repulsion conversion curved surface for collecting repeated magnetic force. Short magnetic force is further extended by attraction of a lift cam.
