PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy line-curable resin composition or the like that has excellent spreadability and compatibility, even when the resin composition is solventless, and can form fluorine-containing cured layer that has excellent surface-sliding properties, adhesion, transparency, mechanical properties and the like. SOLUTION: This active energy line curable resin composition includes a hexafluoropropylene copolymer bearing siloxane bonds and anα-fluoroacrylate monomer that is represented by the general formula: CH2=CF-COORf [Rf is a hydrocarbon group which may bear oxygen atoms and bears at least one of fluorine atom].
