PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface sticking sheet capable of being stuck to various surfaces and capable of being easily and repeatedly released from the surface to which it has been applied by applying a re-releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive to the back of a closed-cell 1,2-polybutadiene sheet and adhereing a facial sheet to the surface of the polybutadiene sheet through an adhesive. SOLUTION: The closed-cell 1,2-polybutadiene sheet 2 is desirably a surface- skinned one and is desired to be the one having an expansion ratio of about 2-15 from the viewpoint of strengths and flexibility. The thickness of the sheet is about 0.1-5.0 mm. The re-releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 is not particularly limited. A facial sheet 5 (e.g. mirror material) is bonded to the sheet 2 through an adhesive 7. The facial sheet 5 is exemplified by a sheet with a decorative surface, a seal indicating the contents, or a mirror material. It is also possible that, for example, the sheet 1 has a release paper 4 on the back, and a protective film (e.g. antifogging film) 6, or the like, on the surface.
