PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a plastic container with a pulsation preventer and a pulsation prevention tool to be applied to any kinds of shapes and also to an existing equipment. SOLUTION: A plastic container 20 with a pulsation preventer and a pulsation prevention tool 31 are provided with a pulsation prevention tool 31 formed separately and constituted of an attachment 32 with a discharge outlet 35 and an air introduction hole 36 and also an air introduction pipe 37 so joined as to be communicated with air introduction hole 36, and the tool is inserted into a mouth section 22 of the plastic container 1 from outside and fitted thereon. Then the plastic container is inclined for discharging a content liquid 23 in the plastic container 21 to introduce atmosphere infiltrated from the air introduction hole 36 into the plastic container 21 through the air introduction pipe 37 without being brought into contact with the content liquid 23.
