PURPOSE: A method for processing a telephone call by a cost agreement is provided to minimize an inconvenience of subscribers by agreeing the telephone cost with subscribers, and restraining a telephone transmission according to an agreed telephone cost and a using amount of a transmitting telephone of a subscriber terminal. CONSTITUTION: If an agreement cost is registered in a database and an alarm is generated in a subscriber terminal(201), a billing device of an office station processing device judges as to whether a telephone cost used by a subscriber is less than a minimum limit of an agreed cost(202). A normal transmitting sound is provided to the subscriber terminal for performing a talk when the telephone cost used by the subscriber is less than the minimum limit of the agreed cost(203). The billing device of the office station processing device judges as to whether the telephone cost used by the subscriber is less than a maximum limit of the agreed cost when the telephone cost used by the subscriber is not less than the minimum limit of the agreed cost(204). A warning sound is transmitting to the subscriber terminal for informing that the minimum limit is over(205) and the normal transmitting sound is provided for performing the talk(206) when the telephone cost used by the subscriber is less than a maximum limit of the agreed cost(206).
