摘要 PURPOSE: A nonlinear quantization measuring instrument for generating chaos is provided to get the one-to-multiple mapping order by using the relationship of the internal states or the transfer character of tau time delay of two discrete states y(t)-y(t-tau) based on the chaos. CONSTITUTION: By using the chaos property, a nonlinear quantization measuring instrument generates the one to many mapping order in the computer and communication systems. A nonlinear quantization measuring instrument includes a one dimensional mapping circuit comprising MOS transistors TR(1)-(6) and a primary mapping circuit consisting of MOS TR(7)-(12) to compose a flip-flop loop via a CMOS switch consisting of MOS TR (13)(14)(15)(16). The channel conductance of each of MOS TRs forming the primary mapping circuits is weighted by the channel width, channel length, and the nonlinearity of each mapping circuit is controlled by the external control voltage. The output of the chaos internal state is obtained against a discrete time string by turning on and off the CMOS switch via the clock signals which are not overlapping with each other. The discrete time is defined by CMOS switching operation. The output of an analog-to-digital converter having nonlinear property is a digital code.
