PURPOSE: A switching regulator with charge pump circuit is provided to remove a reactor used to a LC filter in a switching mode power supply device, thereby decreasing the size of IC. CONSTITUTION: A switching regulator with charge pump circuit comprises a ring oscillator(100), a charge pump(200) and an error feedback unit(300). The ring oscillator(100) consists a first bias circuit(110), an oscillator(120), a first switch(130) and an inverter(140). The charge pump(200) consists of a diode(D1), a capacitor(C3), a second bias circuit(210), a second switch(220), a diode(D2), a capacitor(C4) and a voltage detector(230). The error feedback unit(300) consists of a reference voltage generator(310) and a comparator(320).
