PURPOSE: A producing method of a wooden mat is provided to promote health by facilitating metabolism and circulation of blood with antibiotic and moisture-proof effects. CONSTITUTION: Many wooden pieces having recessed grooves on the upper faces and deformation preventing grooves formed on the lower faces lengthwise and general wooden pieces are prepared. Yellow soil, charcoal, jade stone, ceramic stone and germanium stone are powdered and mixed with an adhesive agent. The mixture is filled in the recessed grooves of the wooden pieces and then dried. The wooden pieces are coated with varnish or lacquer. The processed wooden pieces are assembled with the general wooden pieces. Thereby, a wooden mat is produced.
