PURPOSE: A shock-absorber assembly of bicycle is provided to minimize an impact in case of a head-on clash for the safety of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A steering unit(100) forms a hinge fixer(10) and the front frame of a body frame(70) forms a hinge combiner(20). With the impact on the hinge fixer and the hinge combiner, the steering unit is moved forwardly and backwardly. According to the movement of the steering unit, two buffering devices(40) between the steering unit and a fixing unit(400) are moved. When an upper buffering device is expanded, a lower buffering device is shrunk to counteract the direct delivery of the impact to the body frame. Therefore, a driver travels safely.
