PURPOSE:To verify whether recorded data are proper data or not at the time of reproducing. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a cipher processing part 42 to cipher data to be registered with a ciphering key, recording means to record the registered data and the ciphered data in an optical memory part 3 of a card, reading means to read the data recorded in the optical memory part 3, decipher processing part 43 to decipher the read ciphered data with a deciphering key, collating means to collate the read registered data with the deciphered data, and data output part 55 to output the registered data when the collating means judges that both of data are coincident with each other. Then, the ciphering key and the deciphering key are composed of keys in a pair of public ciphering systems of which contents are different from each other the ciphering key is defined as a secret key, and the deciphering key is defined as a public key. |
