<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous detection of a steel ball due to the vibration of the steel ball by performing a detection by a steel ball sensor in a state that the steel ball approaching in a steel ball passing hole is prevented from vibrating by a damping member. CONSTITUTION:When a steel ball supplied by a natural fall approaches in the passing hole 12 of a holder 10, the steel ball is brought into contact with a guide part 32a provided in its inclined state on the upper end part of the guide plate 32 of a damping member 30. Therefore, the guide plate 32 moves outside of the steel ball passing hole 12, against the elastic force of a coil spring 31. The steel ball approaches in the steel ball passing hole 12 in a state that the guide plate 32 is pressed in contact with the coil spring 31 by the energizing force of the coil spring 31 and the plate is pressed on the inner peripheral surface of the steel ball passing hole 12. As a result, the steel ball naturally falls in a state that the vibrations such as a bounce, a rotation and a transverse vibration, etc., are prevented by the damping member 30, and the ball is detected by an optical steel ball sensor 20.</p> |
