PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition excellent in dyeing and yellowing resistance by containing a urethane/urea compound having a specific structure in a polyurethane polymer. SOLUTION: A polyurethane polymer is a composition containing 0.5-10 wt.% of a urethane/urea compound wherein the average molecular weight is 1,000-10,000 and all tertiary nitrogen is 1.5-3 eq/g. The composition is obtained by reacting a chain extending agent having a polyfunctional active hydrogen atom such as ethylenediamine and an end stopping agent having a monofunctional active hydrogen atom such as diethylenediamine with an intermediate polymer having isocyanate groups at both ends prepared by an excess organic diisocyanate with a linear polyhydroxyl compound. In the formula, R1 and R2 are each a 1-3C alkyl group or hydroxy alkyl group; I is an organic diisocyanate residue; X is a diol residue containing tertiary nitrogen; A is a diamine residue containing tertiary nitrogen; and (n) and (m) are each an integer of 1-10.
