SUBSTANCE: gearless windwheel-electric generator with vertical axis of revolution is mounted on camp ceiling of high apartment house or industrial building; electric water heater and heat storage are mounted in basement of same house or building. Protection of persons residing in house or building against detrimental effect of vibration and noise is ensured due to setting of windwheel-electric generator baseplate on spring- loaded vibration mounts, free rotation of windwheel, and its small mass.
