SUBSTANCE: water-resistant emery paper is made with use of main and/or dressed coating including binder hardened by radiation and which after polymerization becomes hydrophobic. Binder (resin) may be hardened under action of ultraviolet radiation, or radiation by electron beam. Resin is liquid epoxy-acrylate binder. Paper base in form of paper reinforced with fiber. Resin may contain additive selected from group including (meta) crylate silanes and siloxanes with functional groups and their mixtures. Resin may be used, both, with main and dressed coating.
