engineering. SUBSTANCE: disc with holes is used on valve atomizers in fuel injection systems, paint-and-varnish nozzles and in sublimation drying methods. Disc with holes is provided with full passage for fluid medium, particularly for fuel. Passage is formed by inlet and outlet holes and by at least one channel positioned between them. Inlet and outlet holes are positioned in disc so that they are not overlapped at any point in projection on plane. Due to that shift of outlet holes with respect to inlet holes, S-shaped medium flow is obtained. S-shaped flow of medium renders effect on formation of turbulence which facilitates atomization.
