The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition effective against pathological conditions caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeasts and/or protozoa. The inventive composition is especially provided in the form of an aqueous solution, of a gel capable of dripping, of an ointment or the like. The invention also relates to the use of the pharmaceutical composition in order to produce a medicament for treating the pathological conditions caused by the aforementioned pathogens. The invention additionally relates to the use of the pharmaceutically active substances for producing ophthalmic compositions.
