SUBSTANCE: invention provides novel 2,8-disubstituted quinazolinone derivatives depicted by general formula I: (I), in which A is oxyranyl optionally substituted by linear or branched optionally phenyl- substituted C1-C8-alkyl or radical of one of the formulas IIa-IIc: , wherein R1 is hydrogen or linear or branched C1-C6-alkyl; R2 is linear or branched optionally phenyl-substituted C1-C8-alkyl; R3 linear or branched C1-C5-alkyl or group OR6, wherein R6 is linear or branched C1-C5-alkyl; R4 is linear or branched optionally phenyl-substituted C2-C10-alkyl; L is radical CO-, - CH(OH)-, -CH2-, -CH(N3) or -CH(OSO2R7), wherein R7 is linear or branched C1-C4-alkyl; R5 is linear or branched optionally phenyl-substituted C3-C8-alkyl, benzyl, or 2-phenylethyl; D is hydrogen or radical -SO2NR8R9, where R8 and R9 together with nitrogen atom form morpholine cycle; and E is linear or branched C1-C9-alkyl; or their salts and compositions affecting blood levels of guanosine and adenosine monophosphates.
