The inclined ball (2) bearing serves as a fixed bearing. The ball bearing is inserted into and enclosed by a housing at one end. The outer ring (1) of the bearing has a radial flange (1') extending to the inner ring (4), which has no shoulder on the open side of the flanged housing (6).
