A zipperless wetsuit (10) having a trunk (11) with legs (12) integral therewith. The trunk (11) has an upper trunk section (16) and an upper neck section (14). The upper trunk section (16) is integral with a first arm (13a) and has a head opening (17) therethrough, while the upper neck section (14) is integral with a second arm (13b). The upper trunk section (16) overlies the upper neck section (14) and has a free edge (24) adjacent the second arm. The free edge (24) has a sleeve (25) to define a path for a draw cord (27) extending along its length and attached at either end of the sleeve (25), whereby upon drawing a portion of the draw cord (27) out of the sleeve (25) the free edge (24) of the upper trunk section (16), together with the upper trunk section (16), is drawn into tight sealing engagement with the underlying upper neck section (14).
