<p>The invention concerns a method for detecting by denaturing high performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) a difference of genotype or of sequence between a reference heterozygous or homozygous natural or artificial DNA sample for a genomic fragment of interest and a heterozygous or homozygous natural or artificial DNA sample to be tested for said genomic fragment of interest. The invention also concerns the use of said method for genetic diagnosis of a disease and for searching and/or identifying polymorphism or a sequence variation for a genomic fragment of interest.</p> |
