Aqueous 2-component polyurethane (PUR) systems with an organic cosolvent content of not more than 10 wt% based on solid resin contains (a) aqueous polyol dispersions (I) and (b) isocyanate hardeners (II) based on 4-isocyanatomethyl-1,8-octanedi-isocyanate (TIN), optionally in combination with other polyisocyanates used in paints. An Independent claim is also included for a process for the production of 2-component PUR systems in which the dispersion of component (II) in component (I) is carried out by jet dispersion at a pressure of 10-100 bar.
