<p>A sugar alcohol granule for direct compression processing, a preparation method therefor, and a drug and a food comprising the same which can be rapidly disintegrated in a mouth. A granule aggregate containing sugar alcohol in an amount of 95 wt % or more, characterized in that 95 wt % or more of the aggregate is present as particles of 710 νm or less and 70 wt % or more of the aggregate as those of 75 to 710 νm, and the aggregate has a bulk density of 0.5 g/ml or more and an angle of repose of 40° or less. A sugar alcohol granule aggregate, and a method of preparing the granule aggregate comprising a step charging a sugar alcohol powder on a circular plate rotating in a treating chamber of a centrifugal rolling granulating apparatus and spraying an aqueous solution while supplying a slit air to the chamber and rotating the circular plate to thereby carry out a wet granulation, and a step drying the resulting wet granule in a fluidized bed.</p> |
