<p>The stick consists of four main rods (I, II, III and IV) connected to each other which, pulled together, form a stick illustrated in Figure (1) and when spread form a support shown in Figure (2). In the upper stick part the main rods (I) with (IV) and (II) with (III) are connected by hinged links whose axes are parallel to each other and vertical to the central stick axis. The main rods (I) with (II) and (III) with (IV) in the bottom stick part are connected in the same way. These cross-connected main rods (I, II, III and IV) represent hinged mechanism which can be converted from a bundle into a support and vice versa. The support has spatial, lattice support resting with its bottom legs (3) to the ground and upper ends form two forked ends (4) serving as support for various objects put on it.</p> |
