<p>Novel analogs of Camptothecin are disclosed. The analogs include various 'A' and 'B' ring substitutions and/or a 7-membered 'E' ring, and include mono- and multi-substituted analogs of Camptothecin. One or more of the substitutions preferably includes a silicon atom in the fragment moiety, and the compounds are highly lipophilic and possessed of high 'E' ring stability.</p> |
