<p>The invention relates to steel fibers used for filling a concrete mixture which are made of highly-suited, cold drawn carbon steel, and are characterized in that they have an elongated shape of a flattened wire whose ends are bent at a 45° angle in an alternate manner. The length of the bent ends equals 2.5 cm. The length of the elevations equals 2 cm, and the ratio of the entire steel fiber length to its thickness equals 80. The inventive steel fibers ensure the provision of a high quality steel-reinforced concrete. According to the invention, the fibers have the shape of wide strips that are glued to one another.</p> |
