摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for chemically processing articles made of titanium or alloys thereof, wherein said method involves degreasing the article, rinsing it, drying it and submitting the same to an at least dual processing for 1 to 3 minutes each time in a solution previously heated at a temperature of up to 60° C. The solution contains from 300 to 350 ml of nitric acid, from 300 to 350 ml of sulphuric acid, from 150 to 200 ml of hydrofluoric acid, from 50 to 60 g/l of sulfamic acid and from 5 to 15 g/l of pyrazolone compound. During their preparation for the application of coatings, the articles produced by welding or comprising high-temperature welding spots are processed at a temperature of 30 to 40° C for 2 to 5 minutes, wherein the amount of the pyrazolone compound in the solution ranges from 3 to 8 g/l. The articles produced according to an electroerosion method are processed at a temperature of 18 to 25° C for 20 to 60 minutes, wherein the solution additionally contains titanium salts in an amount of 5 to 15 g/l in terms of metal, while the amount of the pyrazolone compound in said solution ranges from 2 to 5 g/l. This method ensures a high cleanliness of the surfaces (roughness Ra reduced by 1.5 to 2 classes in νm) and provides a highly decorative aspect on articles having complex profiles. This method also increases the corrosion resistance of polished surfaces against the action of aggressive climate factors or biologically active media. This method is also useful for preparing with a high-quality precision the surfaces of articles comprising welding spots or a carbide layer after the electroerosion machining, thus ensuring a high adhesion of the coatings onto the base.</p>
