摘要

It has been found out that the cell death of a nerve cell line can be conveniently induced by treating the nerve cell line with ApoE4. Further, it has been found out for the first time that ApoE receptor 1 and pertussis toxin (PTX)-sensitive G protein participate in the signal transduction toward cell death of nerve cells responding to ApoE4 stimulus.
