Each of the suspension's longitudinal links(21) consist of leaf spring steel, the cross sectional dimensions of which are larger in the horizontal plane than in the vertical plane. The longitudinal links fit on the cross member and wheel axle and both are connected by a clamping screw arrangement. The longitudinal links by their free ends are supported on a lower face of the frame by at least one pneumatic spring(5). The intermediate support for attachment of the wheel carrier consists of a support shaft(31) rectangular in cross section for connecting to the guide frame, and a supporting and guiding bearing for the wheel carrier pivoting around a longitudinal axis.
