<p>The invention relates to a locking system, which may be used for locking a transport pallet (100) to the mating surface (200) in all stages in the logistics chain. The locking system comprises the locking profile (10a-I) to be arranged to the transport pallet and a counter profile (20a-i) to be arranged to the mating suface (200). In a locking situation, the pallet is put to the mating surface so that the locking profile is placed against the counter profile, thus locking the profiles mechanically to each other, due to the mating shape in the profiles. The locking system further comprises an overturn prevention mechanism, preventing the edge of the transport pallet from rising from the level of the mating surface. The overturn prevention mechanism comprises the overturn prevention flange (30), which may be attached to the mating surface either in a stationary or articulated way, or with a slide fastening. An advantageous embodiment of the invention relates to a locking system for locking unit cargo, such as paper rolls (250) to the base of a carrier vehicle. This embodiment comprises locking rails (220) fastened to the base (260) of the carrier vehicle, locking members (210) movably fastened to the locking rails, and locking combs (230) to be placed against the unit cargo. The locking combs are immovably fastened into place with locking members so that the unit cargo is kept in place between the locking combs. Locking and counter profiles may be used in the locking members and locking combs for achieving a reliable fastening.</p> |
