<p>A method and composition for waterproofing a substrate herein is described which includes applying a coating composition to a surface of the structural unit. The coating composition includes a) an organic solvent, b) a hydrocarbon resin and c) a styrene polymer, having a styrene content of about 60 wt.% or greater, selected from the group consisting of a copolymer having styrene and diene monomer units, a copolymer having styrene and olefin monomer units, a polymer having styrene monomer units and mixtures thereof.</p> |
