<p>A tire vulcanization facility, comprising a movable tire vulcanizng mold assembly (M) which comprises a bladder assembly (M300) for receiving a supply of heating and pressurizing medium, a heating chamber (C1a) on the outer peripheral part of a tire mold (C), and heating plates (M100A, M200A) on the upper and lower parts of the tire mold and can suppress a force to open the mold with a pressure inside a bladder (BL), a plurality of mold opening/closing and vulcanizing stations (300) on which the mold assembly (M) is installed for opening and closing operations and which comprise a vulcanized tire unloader (302), an unvulcanized tire loader (301), and a bladder operating and driving device (314), a tire mold (C) assembled in the mold assembly (M), a replacement and preheating station (200) for performing the replacement and preheating of the bladder assembly (M300), and a mold transport device (100) which reciprocates between these two stations (300, 200) for transporting the mold assembly (M), wherein the mold opening/closing and vulcanizing stations (300) each comprises a base frame (305), a lift guiding column (306) installed vertically on the base frame (305), an upper movable plate (310) guided liftably by the column (306), and an upper movable plate (310)-to-tire mold assembly (M) connection and disconnection device (312).</p> |
