<p>A method for cultivating Erimoshozu characterized by effecting the cultivation under such conditions that the average minimum temperature is 18.5°C or below and the average maximum temperature is 29.0°C or below in 30 days before harvesting seeds; a method for harvesting Erimoshozu seeds characterized by harvesting the seeds at the point that the lowermost seed in a shell has a moisture content of 10% or more; and a method for storing Erimoshozu seeds characterized by storing the seeds while maintaining the moisture content thereof at 10% or more by preventing a decrease in the moisture content of Erimoshozu seeds. By using these methods, Erimoshozu seeds being comparable in qualities to those grown in Hokkaido can be obtained even in an area of a low latitude.</p> |
