The invention concerns compounds of general formula (I) wherein: R1 represen ts either a hydrogen atom, or an amino group, or a C1-C4 alkyl group, or a C1-C 6 alkoxycarbonyl group, or a -OH group; R2 represents either a C1-C6 alkyl group, or a phenyl or benzyl group, or a -CH2Q group, wherein Q is a heterocyclic group; R3 and R5 represent independently of each other for example either a hydrogen atom, or a C1-C4 alkyl group, or a -COOH group; R4 represents either a hydrogen atom, or a C1-C4 alkyl group, or a -(CH2)p-COOR 8 group; Z represents either a -CH- group, or a nitrogen atom.
