Method for making an extensible stent from a sheet-shaped material used therein, and a stent obtained by using this material, in which method one starts from a template with an outer configuration corresponding with the desired final configuration, winds this with the sheet-shaped material which comprises coherent fibers and which is, either earlier or after the winding, soaked with a controlled curable plastics. |
