PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health equipment capable of devising fatigue recovery and health improvement by giving relatively strong stimuli to legs, etc., of a person from different directions. SOLUTION: The health equipment 10 comprises an operation part 12 having two recessed members 11 on which legs of a person can be placed, a vertically oscillating mechanism to oscillate the operation part 12 in the vertical direction, and a horizontal oscillating mechanism to oscillate the recessed members of the operation part 12 in the horizontal direction. Since the operation part 12 can be simultaneously oscillated in two different directions, i.e., in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction, relatively strong stimuli can be given to the legs placed on the operation part 12.
