PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new mask readily and tightly fittable to an outer enclosure line or a contour in a part of a face or a body for applying the mask. SOLUTION: This mask 1 comprises an adhesive matrix 3 and a lining sheet 2 and the adhesive matrix 3 is selected so as to exhibit the extensibility of the adhesive matrix 3 in at least a wet state so that the mask 1 is tightly fitted to the form of a part of a face or a body to be treated. The lining sheet 2 is selected so as to exhibit the extensibility so that the lining sheet 2 in at least a wet state follows up to the deformation of the adhesive matrix 3.
