Then, an increase in the gate voltage suppresses a sudden increase in collector voltage. In addition, when collector voltage is lowered by oscillation, an action to increase gate voltage from the collector terminal is eased, suppressing the lowering of collector voltage. In addition, collector current is suppressed by the low pressure resistant constant current element 2, reducing the generation loss of an IGBT.
