PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently carry in and out various types of materials into and from a building under construction by temporarily constructing a multi-layer tower-like structural body on the outside of an outer wall of the building under construction in a construction site of a construction work. SOLUTION: A multi-layer tower for construction work elected in a construction work site at a position adjacent to a building under construction. The tower is provided with a load placing floor 6 with a height corresponding to a floor at each story of the building, and a cantilever floor (7) horizontally projecting from each load placing floor 6 is provided in a foldable structure. In addition, the cantilever floor 7 is provided on three surface sides other than the building side at different positions for each story. Winches C1 and C2 with crane are installed on columns 3 and 4 of the multi-layer tower.
