PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a familiar vibrator as a voice reproducing means by transmitting the vibrations of a vibration actuator which are accordant with the voice signals stored in a medium to an external vibrator. SOLUTION: A user operates a recording button, etc., with a microphone body part 103 connected to a 2nd body part 102 and records previously the desired voice signals before these signals are reproduced. When a desk, for example, is used as a vibrator to reproduce the voice signals stored in a storage medium, the user holds a voice recording/reproducing device, presses a vibration transmitting part 19 onto the desk with a proper force and also depresses a reproduction button 15b. Thus, the voice signals stored in the storage medium are applied to an actuator as the prescribed alternate voltage under the control of a system control part. Then the vibrations of the actuator are transmitted to the part 19 and the voices are reproduced from the desk that is touching the part 19. In other words, the desk functions as a speaker to reproduce the voice signals. |
