PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a hinge cap device with a discharging plugging pin of container and a container with the hinge cap device in which a cap base body is attached to an opening of the container, and when the cap base body is pushed and moved, an opening plug can be driven into the opening of the container, and after the plug is driven into the opening, a lid for the cap base body is opened or closed in a hinge manner and can be used. SOLUTION: There are provided both a hinge cap device with a discharging plug pin of container and a container with the hinge cap device, wherein a cap base member 20 provided with a discharging plug pin 21 having a discharging hole 26 capable of discharging content after setting a plug toward an opening 2 of a container 1 having a close sealing breakage-opening plug 5 is arranged at a cap supporting member 10 to be installed at the opening 2 of a container 1 having a close sealing breakage opening plug 5 in such a way that it can be pushed into and moved from a not-yet plug driving position to a plug deriving position, and a lid member 31 for opening or closing the discharging hole 26 is connected to the cap base member 20 through a hinge.
