PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the colors of display areas in respective display screens and to increase the modes of the display screens. SOLUTION: A device sets the colors of backgrounds and the colors of characters in the display areas of plural types of display screens constituted of the combination of plural types of display areas which are selectively displayed on a display part and are provided with the backgrounds and the characters. In a color setting screen 13, an input means 11 designates the display area whose color is to be set and a display area specification means 30 specifies it. The input means 11 designates whether the color of the display area which is to be set is the 'color of background' or the 'color of character' and a background character specification means 31 specifies it. The input means 11 designates the color and a color specification means 32 specifies it. Thus, the color of the display area of the specified display screen is stored in a color storage means 33. When a display screen specification means 35 specifies the necessary display screen among the plural types of display screens, the color storage means 33 stores the color that the color specification means specifies for the respective necessary display screens. |
