PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting DNA having micromutation by combining a procedure of condensing a DNA part having structural characteristics or periphery thereof using a substance which specifically recognizes such a DNA, and a procedure of cloning by the subtraction method. SOLUTION: This is a method for cloning a DNA part having structural characteristics or periphery thereof containing such a DNA part by performing a method including, in combination, a process of condensing a DNA part having structural characteristics or periphery thereof containing the DNA part by utilizing a substance which specifically recognizes such a DNA, and a process of selectively cloning only a DNA part having structural characteristics or periphery thereof containing the DNA part by the subtraction treatment. |
