PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dyeing composition exhibiting high resistance to various attacking factors against hair, having relatively non-selective nature and giving intensely colored keratin fiber without causing severe deterioration of the fiber. SOLUTION: The objective composition contains an oxidation base, a coupler selected from m-diphenols, two-electron oxide reductase enzyme and a donor for the enzyme in a medium suitable for dyeing and is free from a coupler comprising substituted m-phenylenediamines and arbitrary polymers comprising anionic amphiphatic polymer containing a hydrophilic unit and an allyl ether unit having aliphatic chain.
