PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wash and dressing stand in which the height of the whole of the wash and dressing stand is made fixed disregarding the height of the fixing position of a washing part and can prevent the exposure of piping by a single kind of piping covers without using different kind of piping cover corresponding to the fixing position of the washing part. SOLUTION: This wash and dressing stand has a wall panel 2, a wash part 6 provided with a basin 5 and integrated with the panel 2, and a housing part 4 positioned over the part 6 and provided with a hollow space 39 inside. The height of the fixing position of the part 6 can be set to a proper value. In this case, the upper end part 41 of the panel 2 vertically moved with the fixing position of the part 6 can be housed in the space 39 of the part 4.
