The control device 11 feeds the rolls 2 to paper feeders 1 in the order of setup completion among the rolls 2 matched with the winding width and winding type requested based on the calculation result and the individual numbers of the AGVs 3. The already set-up rolls 2 can be prevented from being left intact for a long time without being fitted to the paper feeders 1.</p>
