<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enter the data of the kinds of articles and to facilitate entry when the articles of the same kind are repeatedly set many times by displaying candidates on a terminal even when an article is incompletely specified, and making the desired article, if found on the display, acceptable or deliverable. SOLUTION: When a portion of data such as the part number, part name or maker name of an article to be accepted or delivered is inputted to a warehouse computer 2 from an input support section 6, a list of relevant articles is generated, sorted and displayed. If a portion 'ABC' of the part number is inputted, the part numbers in a stock file 10 are retrieved. If 'P' or 'Print' of 'Printed board' is inputted, the part numbers in the stock file 10 are retrieved to sort the articles having part numbers matching with 'ABC', and the latest ten kinds in previous acceptance setting are displayed as first candidates.</p> |
