SOLUTION: A terminal 8 is subjected to insert forming, a holder 5 where a sensor 1 and an electronic part 4 are mounted is accommodated into a closed- end cylindrical case body 6, a housing 10 with an outer-periphery groove 14 in the longitudinal direction of the case body 6 and a connector 11 is integrated with the case body 6, a welding part 61 being provided in the case body 6 on molding is welded in housing formation, and a sealing property is maintained.
